Vicky Millan

Virginia (Vicky) Millan, MA, is the Clinical Liaison for Quiescence Congregate Living Health Facility and Executive Administrative Assistant for the Care Home By RNs network of Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) while maintaining her Chronic Care Manager role for Senior Care Clinic Medical House Calls.

 

Vicky, who is committed to delivering high-quality performance, earned her Certificate in Medical Assisting in April 2017 and has prior experience with a managed care company, which puts her in a unique position and experience in managing the facility’s liaison with health plans contracting in allowing the care of challenging needs patients/residents such as those with tracheostomies or on a ventilator machine, those with stage 3 or 4 wounds, PEG tube feedings, neurological challenges such as TBI (traumatic brain injuries), and other cases that are challenging to find placements for or that keep bouncing on and off ER/hospital visits.

 

Vicky is a proud wife and mom of four beautiful little girls (Mia, Lia, Gia, and Sofia). She balances family life with her work life family.
