Joe Caffrey, Esq.

Joe Caffrey, Esq. is the Compliance Officer and General Counsel. Joe has worked within the public sector for over 14 years in a leadership position solving complex legal, operational, and business problems which impacted thousands of Californians. While working full-time he attended the night program at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento and graduated in May of 2009, took and passed the July 2009 Bar Exam, and became a member of the California State Bar. Joe has been working with Care Home By RNs since 2018.

Joe was born and raised in the Sacramento area in Fair Oaks, attended school locally, and graduated from Sacramento State. He enjoys sports, reading, art, painting, and spending time with his dog Dr. Roodini (like ‘Hoodini’ due to his ability to escape). Within the Sacramento area, he supports several community-based groups, including the Sacramento Food Bank, and he always does what he can to give back.
